Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are able to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you give us is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Your Account and Security

• You need an account to use the app. You can register with your email address and a password (confirmed by a one-time passcode we email you) or sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. To protect your account, the Service allows only one active device session at a time— signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.
• One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
• Notify us promptly at info@agnipariksha.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, screenshot in bulk, scrape, record, redistribute, publish or resell questions, explanations, mock tests, or any other content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use another person's account, or attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or the limits on free content.
• Upload anything unlawful, obscene, infringing or misleading as your profile photo.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts against the Service.

4. Content, Licence and Ownership

All content in the Service — including questions, options, answers, explanations, mock tests, analyses, text, graphics, logos, and the software itself — is owned by Agnipariksha or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and non-commercial licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or make our content available to others without our written permission.

The app lets you share an image of your result or analysis screen. That is your own performance summary and you are free to share it. Everything else in the Service stays under the licence above.

If you upload a profile photo, you confirm you have the right to use that image, and you give us permission to store it and display it back to you inside the Service. You can remove it at any time.

5. Payments, Day-Packs and Mock Tests

• The Service offers two kinds of paid access: day-packs, which unlock quiz access for a fixed number of days, and mock-test purchases— a single mock-test series, or an all-pass covering the mock-test series we offer.
• All purchases are one-time purchases. They do not auto-renew and they are not subscriptions. Nothing is charged to you again unless you deliberately make another purchase.
• Day-pack access is time-limited: it starts when your payment is verified and ends when the number of days you bought runs out. Mock-test access lasts for the period shown at the time of purchase. When access ends, it simply stops — there is no automatic renewal.
• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), and the price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay for that purchase. Prices, pack contents and the tests included in a series may change at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
• Payments are processed inside the app by Razorpay, our payment processor. Your card, UPI, net-banking and other financial details are entered in Razorpay's checkout and go directly to Razorpay — we never receive or store them. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's own terms and policies.
• Access is granted only after your payment is verified on our server. If a payment is not completed or cannot be verified, no access is granted. If money has left your account but access has not appeared, contact us and we will check the payment against our records.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

All purchases of digital access are final and non-refundable, because access is delivered to you instantly. Day-packs and mock-test purchases are one-time and expire on their own, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. 7. No Guarantee of Results; No Government Affiliation

The Service and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep our question bank accurate and useful, we do not warrant that the content is complete, error-free, or current, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, rank or outcome. Our mock tests, cut-offs and analyses are practice aids and our own estimates — they are not official results.

Agnipariksha is an independent private study app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department, examination board, recruitment body or official authority. Names of exams are used only to describe what the study material covers. Always check official sources for exam notifications, syllabi and results.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service links out to third-party websites and apps — for example our social media pages, and PDFs or notifications hosted elsewhere. It also relies on third-party services such as Razorpay and Google/Firebase. We do not control third-party content or services and are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend or remove features, content, question banks, mock tests or plans at any time. We may also need to take the Service offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where a change would materially reduce paid access you have already bought, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to defraud us or other users. If we terminate your account for a breach, any unused paid access is forfeited and is not refunded.

11. Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account in the app, confirmed by a one-time passcode emailed to you. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and any unused paid access is lost and is not refunded. See our Delete Your Account page and our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what is retained.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnipariksha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or exam outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Agnipariksha harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you upload.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
